The overwater collection includes 25 Overwater Villas (87 sqm), of which 10 are Overwater Pool Villas (109 sqm), ideal for up to 2 adults and 1 child. For larger groups or families, the resort offers two Two-Bedroom Overwater Pool Residences and a central Three-Bedroom Overwater Pool Residence, with generous layouts, private pools and direct lagoon access.
Beach lovers can choose from 17 Beach Villas (88 sqm), 13 Beach Pool Villas (108 sqm), or one of the six Two-Bedroom Beach Villas (with or without pools), offering up to 131 sqm of indoor-outdoor living. Interiors are contemporary and bright, featuring soundbars, high-tech lighting, and Maldivian-inspired artwork.
Unique to AVANI+ in the Maldives is the apartment-style Pavilion concept. Premium Ocean View Pavilions (46 sqm) are located upstairs, while Premium Beachfront Pavilions (50 sqm) offer direct access to the beach. Guests can book two- or four-bedroom combinations, accommodating up to 16 people, ideal for extended families or friend groups.
AVANI+ offers a full program of land and sea activities. The island’s house reef delivers excellent snorkelling, with frequent sightings of turtles, reef sharks and eagle rays. Diving and water sports are readily available, as are seasonal excursions to nearby Hanifaru Bay to witness manta rays and whale sharks in their natural habitat (May–September).

AVANI+ Fares Maldives is located in the Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, accessible via a 35-minute scenic seaplane journey from Malé International Airport. Guests can relax in the Anantara Lounge before departure.
The resort warmly welcomes families. The Kids Club open daily until 7pm, caters to children aged 4 – 11 years (younger children can attend with a guardian or babysitter). There is also a separate Teen Zone offering gaming, billiards and table tennis. Babysitting is available.
