Guests are picked up from the airport, a hotel or a private residence in Singapore by Bawah’s preferred, outsourced car service and driven to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. From there, Bawah’s travel host escorts guests on a 30-minute ferry ride to the Indonesian island of Batam. On arrival, guests are driven to Batam airport where they board Bawah’s amphibious seaplane for an 80-minute flight, landing on the water in the resort’s main lagoon.
Guests may also travel via private jet or yacht
