Naladhu (meaning beautiful little island in Maldivian) is located on the Island of Velighandu Huraa in the South Male Atoll, in one of the Maldives most beautiful lagoons. Framed by white sand beaches and dense yet manicured foilage, Naladhu is a private island retreat with just 20 elegant, spacious beach houses fronting the aqua marine waters of the Indian Ocean. Clustered in the same lagoon, guests at Naladhu have exclusive access to sister resorts Anantara Dhigu and Anantara Veli.
Naladhu’s accommodation includes 19 classic beach houses categorised as Ocean Houses (300 sqm), Beach Houses (300 sqm), and 2 Bedroom Beach Pool Residence (600 sqm) offering unsurpassed luxury and spirited freedom. Inspired by colonial elegance the houses featuring king size bedrooms, dressing room, steam room, garden rain shower, open air bath adjoining a 32 sqm swimming pool, gardens, hardwood deck and dining sala. Room amenities include bose home theatre system, WiFi, LCD satellite TV, ipod surround sound stereo system, gourmet in villa snacks, wine cellar and espresso machine.
Guests can explore the reefs teeming with marine life, try line, pole or deep sea game fishing, sail the seas on a luxury catamaran or traditional Maldivian dhoni, partake in a myriad of water activities available at sister resorts Anantara Dhigu and Anantara Veli including surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, waterskiing, diving, kayaking & sailing, or indulge in the tanquility of their own private paradise with more sedate activities like yoga, meditation or pampering in the hands of Naladhu’s spa therapists. Resort amenities include a 17m infinity edge lap pool, fully equipped air conditioned fitness centre and tennis court.
Overlooking the lagoon, Naladhu’s restaurant “The Living Room” is a laidback yet chic location offering an all day dining menu crafted by the resorts chef utilising the freshest finds from the local markets. Its centrepiece is a glass walled cellar stocked with new and old vintage wines which can be paired with the meal.
In house dining is also available with chefs offering a variety of set dinners incldng Thai, Indian, Maldivian and Western.
Naladhu can also arrange intimate and unique dining affairs including dining onboard a traditional Maldivian dhoni, a picnic or candle lit dinner on the beach, private island hideaway, coconut grove or onboard luxury yacht Naladhu Raanee.
Located in the South Male Atoll, Naladhu is a 35 minute speedboat ride from Velana International Airport.
Children are welcome at Naladhu although there is no formal Kids Club.

Warm all year round, however intermittent showers are more likely between May & October. Dry season is November to April. Surf Season runs from April to October & the best time for Manta and Whale shark snorkelling is between August to December.
