Our holiday in the Maldives at Niyama Resort was, without a doubt, the most unforgettable and magical experience my wife and I have ever had. From start to finish, it felt like a dream . A huge part of what made this trip so special was Megan from Luxury Island Travel. She was an absolute pleasure to work with professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. Like having your own personal shopper but for holidays! As a family of five with now 19, 17 and 14 year old kids, we have been using Megan for over 11 years now and never book a holiday without her. From family holidays in Australia, Fiji and Europe to cheeky weekends away with friends in Bali, she can help with it all.
For a minute fee she recently helped us plan and book an extended family holiday in multiple destinations around Europe. Each booking was carefully chosen to exploit each place, whether that be location and landmarks or best value for money. She suggested flights and transfers that maximised our time in each destination.  Every place she booked ensured maximum comfort for the whole family in prime locations, securing amazing, hard to beat rates. We visited Paris just before the Olympics so getting accommodation was going to be difficult and costly. Megan got us a preferential rate at literally the best luxury hotel we have ever stayed in as a family. Still pinching ourselves on that one.

Our recent school holidays trip to Port Douglas was also amazing. The kids on arriving at our luxury villa said “Megan has outdone herself again”. By advising us to go a week later we saved literally $1000’s on the accommodation cost which we then ploughed back into many amazing and memorable activities.
She always provides some great suggestions for restaurants and tours and we have never been disappointed with anything we have booked (she even helps out with booking too). It takes all the hassle out of worrying which tour operators to go with etc and which restaurants really are worth going to. Every time we have booked with her we have had a number of extra bonus inclusions like meal and beverage credits and upgrades where available. Genuine extras that enhance your holiday enjoyment.
We are lucky enough to be going on a second honeymoon this year to the Maldives. This is a very special holiday and I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Megan to help us book it! Not even my husband!
